Lings has over 26 years of management consulting experience, including his position as a director at Redflank since establishment and 11 years at Accenture, where he was responsible for the South African Insurance Practice from 2004 to 2006.

He has led and contributed to more than 100 projects, across the financial services, resources, FMCG, public sector, and ICT sectors.

Lings has worked on research, strategy, systems, process, and organisation initiatives at large corporates (e.g. Absa, Caterpillar), medium-sized companies (e.g. Department of Science and Technology, Bosch) and smaller organisations and startups.

Motlalekhomo (Khomo) Mokhobo has over 25 years’ corporate experience in various South African and Multinational companies, of which over 15 years were at executive level. Previous positions held include COO – NEF, VP Finance – Lonmin and FD – General Electric South Africa.

Besides holding executive board roles in the companies he has worked for, he has held the positions of,

• Non-executive director – HIVSA NPC

• Chairman of General Electric SA Trust Fund

• Principal Officer and Chairman – GE SA Pension and Provident Fund

• Trustee of GE Worldwide Fund

He has been practicing as a consultant since 2010 working on various projects in the public sector, as well as the Corporate and SME sectors covering a range of industries including investments, property, retail, mining, engineering, industrial, construction, agriculture and the NPO sector.

Teresa has over 26 years' business and technology projects experience, covering strategy development, research, systems integration, and operations implementations.

She has experience in the roles of researcher, business consultant, systems analyst, business analyst, project manager, and IT manager, at Portnet and at Redflank.

Her technology experience spans infrastructure to applications, and the full systems development life cycle. Teresa's technology specialisation includes SAP and Oracle

Valerie has more than 30 years of quality management and CRM projects experience. As Accenture's Global Quality Programme Director for the EMEIA region, she managed the quality programmes required to ensure successful delivery of client projects.

Her accomplishments in leadership roles at the SABS includes the establishment of the Services Industry Assessment Division and at BMW the delivery of a number of industry leading CRM initiatives.

Etienne van Wyk is an economic development consultant that specialises on integrating impoverished South African communities into global consumer markets, capital markets and supply chains in to create jobs and eradicate poverty.

Etienne has more than 25 years line management, consulting and research experience in financial services, fiduciary services and public service.  The bulk of Etienne’s consulting experience consisted of strategy research, strategy formulation, business transformation, systems implementation and project management.  More recent experience includes enterprise development, community development and job creation.

His list of current and former clients include the National development Agency, Government Communication and Information Services, National Treasury Jobs Fund, World Bank, Standard Trust Limited, Standard Bank, ABSA, First National Bank, Rand Merchant Bank, Johannesburg Securities Exchange, Santam, Sanlam, Momentum and Old Mutual.

Devin has worked on more than 40 projects, including Business Impact Analysis for BMW and a Business Review for Bank of Kigali General Insurance Company.

Devin has experience in utilising various data collection tools, data analysis in both qualitative and quantitative data, and report writing, including the extraction of valuable insights from the raw data.

Devin also has experience in conducting interviews and facilitating workshops and focus groups with different stakeholders.​

Jessica has several years of management consulting experience at Redflank. She has played a key role on more than 40 projects across both the Public and Private Sector.
